Step 1: Matching & Organizing Vendors
Once you pay your deposit, we book the best vendors for YOU. We base this off your personalities, vibe, and overall needs. Your vendors are the best in Arizona, so you can sit back, relax, and know the hardest part is being taken care of.
Step 2: The Ceremony Planner
We will send over your Ceremony Planner for you both to fill out together! This is an excuse for a date night! It’s meant to be fun and bring you closer together. You’ll get a link to schedule your first planning call with us after it’s filled out.
Step 3: Planning the Foundation
This is where we meet over zoom and go over the location, logistics, and details of your wedding. We want you to LOVE every single part of your day! So we dedicate this intentional time to collaborate and design your wedding experience together!
Step 4: Planning Your Perfect Ceremony
You’ll meet with your officiant to co-create the most Perfect-For-You Ceremony! If you don’t know exactly what this means or entails, don’t worry! Our officiants are experts and will guide you through the entire process.
Step 5: Reviewing & Refining the Timeline
We will walk your through the timeline of your wedding AFTER both the planning and ceremony calls are complete. This helps solidify any final details. Typically the timeline call is held within a month of your wedding date. We base everything off sunset so you get the best photos for your couples session.

This is THE day you step into your next chapter! We’ve been working with you all this time to curate the most epic experience that expresses YOUR love story. Whatever adventure we’re embarking on together, know that each moment of your day is full of intention and ease.

We do a lot of “prompting” versus posing and we view our photo sessions as joyful experiences! We love people who think they’re awkward or not photogenic. They are usually the best at being real, authentic, and just really fun to be around! Our couples just do what they are best at… enjoying each other!

Do we have to take our guests on the adventure portion? Or how does that work?
Absolutely not! You can enjoy intimate vows and photos as a couple and host a separate celebration for your guests. Many couples choose a scenic, easily accessible location for the ceremony, then embark on their off-road or hiking adventure while guests head back to their accommodations or a pre-arranged cocktail hour. It’s the best of both worlds!
Are there payment plans? How much is the deposit?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make your elopement dreams a reality. Deposits range between $1,500 – $2,000 and secure your dream vendor team. Payments can be tailored to your needs; simply have your balance paid 30 days before the wedding. And the best part? No extra fees for paying in installments!
How do we get our marriage license? Will you help us with that?
For Arizona weddings, you’ll need to obtain your marriage license within the state (often in Phoenix). Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process step by step! This typically involves scheduling an appointment, which we can help you arrange. While you’ll apply for the license together, your officiant will file it after the ceremony – saving you a post-wedding courthouse trip.
Is video included?
While video isn’t included in our packages, we understand that some couples desire this special keepsake. Let us know, and we’ll happily recommend some of our favorite videographers to fit both your style and your budget. Most of our videographer partners start at $3,500.
What happens if it rains or snows?
It’s all about attitude! If a few raindrops or snowflakes won’t ruin your day, you’re guaranteed a truly unique and breathtaking elopement in Arizona. Rainy and snowy photos make for incredible, atmospheric shots. For those extra cautious or weather-sensitive couples, we do have backup plans – it all depends on what you’re comfortable with! Let’s embrace the elements and have an amazing time no matter what.
What is the extra cost per person for?
We charge $200 per guest (up to 25 total) for several reasons. First, it allows us to hire a coordinator, ensuring everyone enjoys the day without needing to handle logistics. Second, we want your intimate elopement to feel truly intentional – every guest should be someone you genuinely want to share this special experience with.
Will you help us with finding lodging for our guests?
Absolutely! Upon booking, we’ll provide you with a lodging guide packed with our favorite places to stay in Arizona. And we even have exclusive Airbnb partner discounts!
What do couples do after they are done with photos? How do they celebrate?
The beauty of an elopement is the freedom to celebrate exactly how you envision it! We’ll send you a curated guide filled with our favorite restaurants and ideas to suit every style. From pizza and board games back at the Airbnb to a private chef-prepared dinner, couples tailor the post-ceremony experience to their hearts’ desires. There’s something for everyone – taco trucks, caterers, and plenty of options in between.
Can we have our wedding on a weekday?
Definitely! We encourage weekday weddings (Monday – Thursday) whenever possible. You’ll often find less crowds, better availability, smoother traffic, and even lower booking rates! Weekends absolutely work too, but we want you to know about the perks of a weekday elopement.
Can we use our own photographer or officiant?
We thoughtfully handpick vendors aligned with each couple’s personality and vision to ensure a cohesive experience. This creates elopements that feel bespoke and intentional. If you’re looking to create your own package piece by piece, we might not be the perfect fit.
Can we add to our package?
Yes, please think of our packages as a starting point! You have the flexibility to enhance your experience with a la carte selections according to your unique desires. Popular additions include videography, musicians, transportation, private chefs, and more. Consider it a “choose your own adventure” in building your unforgettable elopement.
