YAY your date is officially booked! We are so excited to help you plan + co-create your epic elopement! A living room dance party is in order (we’re dancing too)!! 

After OUR dance party is over, we will begin securing every vendor involved on your wedding day and creating the perfect team for YOU. 

We will be sending you two emails: our lodging guide and our restaurant/catering guide. Secure your lodging first!  

Here are what the next steps look like and what you can expect from us: 

1. You need to book your lodging if you haven’t already done so. We’ll send over an email with our top recs!
2. If you’re going off roading, you will need to rent an off-road vehicle (we highly recommend Jeeps or Broncos for the smoothest ride). We also highly recommend using Turo (it’s like VRBO for cars). You can either rent a Jeep from Phoenix for your whole trip, or you can rent one for the day in Sedona! The colors white and black are the best ones to photograph!
3. We will be sending you the Ceremony Planner to complete together! We send this 4-5 months before your wedding date. So if your wedding is taking place over 5 months out, you won’t receive this planner until then! We do this on purpose as details/minds change when it gets closer to the date of the wedding.
4. A link to schedule your first planning call with us will be included in the Ceremony Planning email. We will talk about what’s important to you and help guide you in deciding on the perfect ceremony location that fits all your needs and gets you the views you want!
